Tracing their origins to ancient times, melas have been integral to the socio-economic fabric of Bangladeshi communities. With thou- sands of such gatherings scattered across the country of various sizes and topics, their significance reaches far beyond national bor- ders, fostering trade and cultural exchange with neighboring re- gions.

The Purbachal International Conven- tion Center (PICC) in Purbachal New Town is poised to fulfill its mission of hosting international and national-lev- el seminars, symposiums, and various outreach programs for a diverse audi- ence. With this vision in mind and in re- sponse to the given requirements, we envision the PICC as a dynamic commu- nity hub, bringing together individuals from various backgrounds under one roof.
